Tasks
To link in with its democratic structure, eekos has a different approach to work than conventional businesses.
Rather than offer "positions" in the business, we are breaking the business up into a number of small "tasks" to give maximun flexiblity for the bsuiness and for members. "Tasks" are formalised "work blocks" that are needed to run the business.
Members then take on a number and variety of tasks as suits them. In conjunction with other members, then can adapt and change the tasks to suit their life at any particular time.
We think using tasks will ensure effecient running of eekos of essential administration requirements and allow member to allocate more of their time to interesting sustainable work.
